Swarnaraj Engineering Works CNC machining facility has the capability to machine parts ranging from 500 gms to 1.5 tons, achieving precision levels narrowed down to 10 to 20 microns. Swarnaraj Engineering Works’s machining facility is fully modern, housing hi-tech CNC machines that include Vertical Machining Centres (VMCs), Horizontal Machining Centres (HMCs), Vertical Turning Centers (VTLs) and Turning Centers. We specialize in producing high-quality and durable CNC machined castings to meet the demands of extreme industrial applications, ensuring stringent quality norms. We supply high-precision castings manufactured in our facility to major domestic and global brands and OE manufacturers.

Our comprehensive range of CNC machining capabilities, combined with product repeatability, enable us to provide machined castings at competitive pricing and short turnaround times. SEW has the capacity to produce machined castings in flexible volumes, from development prototypes to medium-sized batches, and substantial production volumes cost-efficiently.

We meticulously execute turning, grinding, milling and drilling operations to remove excess material, finetuning the appearance and shape of the casting. Our machined Grey and SG iron high-precision castings are suitable for wide-ranging industrial applications in automobile, hydraulics, earth moving, transmission and general engineering industries. We have a progressive team driving the fixture designing process to enhance productivity, minimize errors, and ensure that each manufactured component precisely aligns with the required specifications.

Casting Inspection

At Swarnaraj Engineering Works, our in-house quality analysts perform rigorous inspection, technical testing, non-destructive testing, etc., on iron castings, adding value at each phase of the manufacturing process to ensure the component meets quality benchmarks and is suitable for its intended industrial applications.

Lab and Quality Assurance

Swarnaraj Engineering Works invests heavily in resources and best-in-class equipment to ensure compliance with domestic and international quality benchmarks. Our production facility houses advanced labs equipped with hi-tech equipment, enabling our quality analysts to perform various tests on raw materials, additives, castings, etc., and consistently monitor each phase of the production process to ensure the final casting component meets customer specifications and are in compliance with domestic and international quality benchmarks. 

Swarnaraj Engineering Works quality lab has comprehensive tools, specialized gauges, a 2D height gauge and a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to measure complex and intricate parts, necessitating precise readings. We have a spectrometer to perform metallurgical testing to determine chemical compositions, optical microscopy equipment, image analyzers, tensile testing machines, hardness testing machines, etc. We also execute non-destructive testing methods comprising magnetic particle inspection, dye penetrant testing, ultrasonic testing, and x-ray testing to diagnose stress fracturing and component irregularities.
